Default T-Bag on Rider Backrest

I have a t-bag that I used for solo trips on my low rider. It slipped down over the passenger backrest and and sat on the passenger pad. I want to use it on my street glide but am thinking about using it with a rider backrest instead of a passenger backrest. Has anyone tried this set-up?

I tried it with my HD sac bag , but it wouldn't fit over the rider back rest. didn't matter the tour pac held it in place and I strapped it to the tour pac mount.

I don't have a tour pack to strap it to. If the t-bag won't work with the rider backrest then I will have to get some other sort of bag or put a detachable passenger backrest on. I don't really want to do either, so hopefully someone has got it work the other way.

You can strap an elephant on if you got enough bungee cords.

Yes, I've done it many times. If it will go on, it'll work. Just run a couple of bungees around to make sure nothing comes loose. You'll be fine.

Saw a guy strap his drunk girlfriend on back of his wide glide at a bar one night to get her home but he said he didn't have far to go. He said it wasn't the first time either.

Thanks BigSky - That's the conclusion I came to as well after looking at it again last night. Good perspectives from you other's as well - where there are bungie cords and a will - there is a way. Now I just need to go get the backrest to be ready for a trip down through Arkansas next week.
