Progressive "Touring Link"
I was curious if anyone has had the chance to try this particular stabilizer out. It's a little different approach and reasonably priced.

Awesome! And if anyone knows suspension it's Progressive. Guess the 400 buck stabilizer turds will have to retool.
I especially love the "Deals" these guys run... if you are a Forum member I'll sell it to you for just..$330!!! It's a deal for you my very best friend and fellow forum member.
Three hundred and thirty bucks... WTF? come'on.
Way to go Progressive!! About friggin time.

Yea, damn those "turds" alright.
Thats right. ABOUT friggin time. About 3-4 years late to the party. Yet you praise them and bash the INVENTORS of the solution.
I concur...people spend all the effort on R&D and get their invention stolen by a knock off artist( as they call themselves)
You get what you pay for...always remember this and you won't get takin!

I dont know what you guys are talking about. This is a knockoff of the TWR Missing Link...with the bolt pattern shifted to use one of the side tranny pan mount bolts.
Personally I do not like the way the shaft (even though it has hime joints) dont sit straight...if you look it is sort of cocked to mate up with the swing arm mount/rear foot peg mount.
I will stick with the TWR....even though the TWR is sort a rip off of the Ride-Str8.
The ONLY two real original units are the True-Track and the Ride-Str8. Everything that came after those two is a knockoff.

I hope True-trak is granted their patent, and sues the assess off all the copycats. Dunno if Ride-Str8 is currently pursuing a patent, but if they are, I wish the same for them.
Amazes me how people come on here and bitch and moan about outsourcing (to cheaper labor) and losing their jobs because someone else will do it cheaper, but turn around and SUPPPORT the very actions they bitch about. I guess as long as it don't hit home, its no problem right?
Hell, why even own a Harley? Just go buy a Star or a Honda, they want cheap knockoffs right? Then again, I guess the guy with 3 Harleys in his garage clearly cant afford to pay that extra few hundred or so for "turd" designed ORIGINAL stabilizers.

If you'll excuse me, Im gonna go take my Soos's 09 floorboard extenders that came yesterday down to my buddys machine shop, so I can start making rip-offs and selling them for half the price. Ill make sure to send him an email thanking him for doing the hard work and being the first guy to develop them for the 09 bikes. After all, what right does HE have to sell them and make a profit for his work if I can steal his design and make it cheaper?

How do you know what the cost is?
Oh,
I guess you have to search e-bay to find it:
