New Speakers installed
Well I am moving on from my Hog Tunes in my Road Glide to as set of ALPINE SPX-13REF speakers. The Hog Tunes were great but I am spending more for more volume and noise!!
Pictures:
1. Hog tunes speaker installed
2. I used a hole saw and cut a hole for mounting the tweeter
3. Tweeter installed
4. New Alpine speaker and tweeter installed
5. Speaker assembly installed in my bike. Also not the cross over mounted to the fairing.
I am using a Sony Xplode 500 watt amp in my left saddlebag to power everything up. Took it out for a test spin and it sounds great. All this for less than $400.00.
By the way I now have a set of Hog tunes for sale. They are the 4-8 ohm speakers for 2005 and older units, if interested let me know.
