Have you looked at Wild Ones website? They have very good pictures that show the bars from different angles and compare them to stock. I doubt you could get a better idea of the bars from member's pictures.

Installed the HD fat bars for road king models on my '07 RKC and love 'em. Better hand position and a little closer to me. They were a little pricier but I did the chrome hand controls and diamond back cables plus internal wiring when I put them on. They're perfect for me. Thought about the Heritage bars but they were a little narrow for my taste.

I'm with GRIZZLED above, I have an 05 FLHRCI and could only ride a couple hours with the stock bars. Put on 518s, now I can ride all day with no pain. I'm 6'1". Buy them you won't be disappointed.
