I've got the Harley adjustable air deflectors on my Street Glide, and I like them a lot better than the fixed ones I used previously. It's nice to be able to get more air flow on my chest and arms when it's really hot out. Just close them up when it's cold. They work great.

I have an 09 ultra and they work great IMO. If I direct them to my face they will about blow you off at highway speeds. I direct them to the engine and I am sure it helps cool it a bit. I am not sure about after market but the stock deflectors work.
