Only reason to go back to the dealer is to inform them that they didn't check the pressure before yiou left the floor. They should have sold you a pump too.
I'll bet they tried to sell you lots of chrome and some clothing.

Don't use a bicycle pump either, way too much air. The HD pump is something you need to invest in anyway if you have a bagger with air shocks. But, I'd take it back to the dealer and let him either find out what's wrong or why they didn't put the air in to begin with.

+2 on the HD pump. My weight on my 09 ultra suggested putting 40-50 lb in the shocks-I weight 287. I would check the oil to make sure there is some in there before going back to the dealer. That dealer prep fee may have collected before it was done.

Finding the pump
After I read this thread yesterday, I decided that the HD pump mentioned would be a good thing to buy when I pick up my RKC. I went to my 800+ page HD accessories catalog and can't find that pump. Does anyone have a part number or something?
