Rinehart True Dual mufflers won't fit anything except Rinehart TD head pipes. Rinehart does make slip-on mufflers that will fit; they're just not the same mufflers as the RTD's--the RTD's use a larger diameter for the muffler; the Rinehart mufflers for slip-on applications fit V&H true duals.

check m&m cycles. when i got the wife's they had one of the best prices around. the only place that i could find that beat them was american classic motors and i wouldn't buy anything that costs more than 5 bucks from them.... (including shipping!)

I went for Vance & Hines because any stock size muffler will fit. This gives me a lot more flexibility.

Look at the Bassani Power Curve. The curve keeps both head pipes the same length. They also will fit any slip on, they come with the heat shields and the quality is awesome. Just my $.02

BUB makes the Rineharts, and the BUB 7 true duals seem to be very popular and, at least from some vendors, significantly less costly.

I've had Rinehart TD's on my '04 EG for 3+ years and haven't heard or seen a better looking pipe for me. But my Buddy just put Bub 7 true duals on his RK and, frankly, they look virtually identical the RTD's and sound really good.

hence the old addage:
"You get what you pay for"
I'm glad I spent the few extra bucks on the true duals over the slip-ons. I figured since I dropped twenty grand on my bike, a few hundred more for my exhaust was not that much extra.
just my .02
