In WA they blow this stuff thru a big irragation system and you hope it isn't windy. Free range here in UT so in the spring and fall the cattle are moved on the MT. roads so their is the brown stuff also. Occassionlly you have to follow a cowboy thru the herd. Ever look a steer in the eye 2 ft away fr a Harley. They look pretty big!
