I am in need of some help for a custom map for my 08 Street Glide. I have Sampson slash cut slip ons with custom baffels. The baffels are about 6 in long and are almost straight through. I am currently running 818-040 and is ok.

Anyone who know this system really well I could use some help.

For something like that, I'd advise a visit to a dyno. Find a nearby one with the necessary skills/equipment from powercommander.com's website.
