Congrats on the aniversary! Can anyone really ride too much? Seriously?? No way!
Question for you. How many tires have you had, front and rear,in that 22K miles. I'll assume you take some trips here and there, and maybe you ride most days of the week. ?? I'm just curious compared to my mileage over a longer time.

Reason: spelling, of course!!
Your bike looks great! Classy Great! I love the solo seat and the lines... I need to box to store my stuff back and forth from work... too bad... what a great looking bike
Yachtman, I got about 15k miles from my rear tire and replaced the front at 20k. My daily commute to church is 76 miles roundtrip, mostly expressway, and I think that contributes to longer tire life since I am not accelerating or braking as much as the typical ride. Same goes for the brake pads - at 22k miles, they still have some life left in them.
Besides my daily commute (of which I probably average 3 or 4 days each week), I try to squeeze in a day trip or two during the weekend, about a dozen overnighters each year, and a few week-long trips of 1500 miles or so.
