PS WHAT'S THE HP AND TORQUE WITH SCREAMIN EAGLE STAGE 1 SET UP...
Congrats on the new ride. Most of the accessories and bling is simple enough to do yourself. Only thing I've had the dealer do for me was the chrome switches.
Welcome to the HD family!!! Enjoy the RK-they are great bikes. Most chrome stuff can be put on by novices as long as you have the proper tools and at times a liftbut dont worry about it; you won't be a novice for long! Enjoy.
Congrats on your new baby. You're gonna love it. Most add-ons are pretty straight forward and easy. The controls, however, are tricky. Be sure to get the service manual prior to doing the job. You'll be glad you did. Post some pics when you're done.
great choice and about time you made the switch.
Iso-pegs from kuyakyn will match the grips. I would suggest you ride a moth or so, pay close attention to all other HD's you see before you make any drastic cosmetic changes and settle on what you really like. The chrome switch covers (not the whole assembly) look great in the stock black assemblies. Not hard to install but if you do it yourself be careful with the right side as it is easy to lose the little shim for the front brakelight switch. Pick up a service manual-$50 well spent and grab a Fix My Hog dvd - lotsa good stuff there. Start slow and you'll be surprised how much you can do yourself. There is no end to it!!
