I would bet money that if you had let them install the handlebars and cables, it would not hve voided the warranty. Bldr

Nope! And he broke federal law telling you so. Look up the Magnusson-Moss warranty act. Then again you are in Egypt and that is a whole 'nother ball of wax!

The rest of your bike is still covered. Only the handlebars will not be covered. The only caveat is if you bought an extended warranty as some of them will say that even if you installed SE or Harley aftermarket stuff. In any event the original mfgr;s warranty is still in effect.

does the owner's manual include anything about what voids warranty on the bike?

i dont know how the dealer figures out the whole bike is no loger in warranty by changing bars and cables. i would file complaints with any govt. agency dealing with motor vehicles
