Default Well, here she is......

After a few weeks of going back and forth with a good friend, I finally broke him down on his price and picked up his Softail.

It is a 1996 Fatboy. It has 7500 babied miles on it. I was riding with the guy for 90% of the miles. He never got on it and was always draggin behind us. The motor is mostly stock. The custom paint was done last winter by the guy who polished my Street Glide.

My favorite part of the bike is that he had the drivetrain, jugs and heads powder coated to match the paint. When he had the motor and tins pulled off, he decided to chrome the frame and swingarm as well. The pics really don't do it justice.

Since I took the pics the other day I've taken all of the stock lights off in the front and back. Pulled off the engine guard etc. Now I'm eyeballin Hogpro for some wheels.

I've got some wicked ideas for this winter......So if you bagger boys see me lurkin in the softtail section a fair amount this winter, go easy. I'm sure the phase will pass shortly.
