Another Throttle Up Stabilizer Thread
I suspect you are right, if they offer a fix, and it were considered safety oriented (and certainly some lawyer would assert this) then why did'nt they have a recall and install them free.
Maybe its just easier to fix it on a later model and go forward. Certainly harley isn't alone in this conclusion, even I don't like it.
Re quality, hardto evaluate quality and how well they work. Look at exhaust sytems and how tough it is there, and they actually have machines to tell us (dynos).
Same with helmets. Do you get a $700 Arai, or a cheaper Harley one? Maybe an HJC for $150. Those with the Arai will argue that price doesn't matter where safety is concerned

Noticed the difference right away!! Highly recommended.
The bike is a lot more stable along sweeping corners. I didn't need a bumpy sweeping corner magnifying the woble to see the benifit. If you have not felt the woble before you will notice a difference on how the bike handles in corners. The bike tracked very well through corners. Again, the bike tracked very well through corners. I believe that this was also good investment for safe riding. I had ridden on a groved road just last week and I tried it again. I didn't get that wiggle redirecting push around in the groves. Hardly noticed the groves in the road.
I too have been watching these threads on stabilizers. In my opinion this product is worth purchasing and installing. I have not had one issue with the owner of this company. He has been prompt in responses to IM. In my opinion the price is great and the finish is exactly what I expected.
