Default Gerbing's service

I've had the Gerbing's Classic gloves for 3 winters, this year the left glove quit working. I called Gerbings, got a return number and she asked me to send back both gloves. That was Nov 3rd. Today (Nov 19) I received a brand new pair of gloves in the mail. It's great to see a company stand behind their products. Lifetime warranty with no hassles. Two very warm thumbs up !

I know their business is growing and they just moved into a new building in Olympia, WA. I think companies are learning that service is the key in many cases to surviving and prospering in tough economic times. I love my Gerbing's stuff especially this time of year.

I've been pondering the purchase of heated clothing.
Good to hear this.
Will weigh on my brand decision.

I bought all my stuff directly from them. They could not have been better to deal with. They made every effort to fit me and even made me a new custom jacket because I told them that the neck was a bit too tight. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I had problems with my gloves in 2004 and had no problems with them taking care of it, what a great company.

THOSE BASTARDS!!!!!! .... LOLOL

one of the selling points for Gerbings, is their EXCELLENT service record. I know many people who have had problems with various Gerbing products..... and every one of them were resolved.... sure, there was that whole shipping back and forth time.... but it's good to know there is at least one company that stands behind their product.

I know there are other brands, that are just as warm.... but I just love, knowing about Gerbings service

Well, I am glod that you received good customer service. I am having an issue and as of this week the customer service has not been good. Even the two local dealers have been useless. I just hope that this is an unusual situation since I bought the glove liners at the Dallas Motorcyle show.

I haven't decided what my next course of action will be but I am thinking that the future purchases for my wife will be from our local HD dealer so that we have a good dealer network behind the product. I do know that the local Gerbing dealer has kissed off approximately $800.00 in sales for the stuff my wife wants. That dealer is Maxim Honda in Plano, Tx.
