Default Bitchin' Baggers

Well, got my shocks all packed up today and sent via Fed EX to Ron at Bitchin' Baggers. I'm hoping he does a stellar job cutting them down so I can finally get my feet planted firmly on terra firma. Next, stage 1 from Fuel Moto as soon as the PCV comes out. Jamie, I'm glad you guys are taking your time though working the bugs out of it. It's worth the wait!!!!

I'm only 5'8" and my feet sit flat on the ground. I guess I got longer legs, But I still have trouble thinking of some one shorter than me having trouble reaching the ground on any HD. I do hope every thing works out great for you.

Yeah, it's all about inseam. I'm 6'0 and can't quite flat foot it on the Streetglide. Some of it's due to the wider seat nose some of it's due to my long torso/short leg combo.
I'll be looking forward to a comprehensive review of the reworked shocks from jimmything when he completes the upgrade as I've been contemplating this as a future upgrade.

Bitchin' Baggers cuts down the stock air shocks, put in new seals and oil,etc and it's like brand new, but anywhere from 1" to 3+" depending on your use of the bike and your weight.
The 09 has a slightly higher seat height due to frame re-design and new seat. I was flat footed on an 08 streetglide, as it has the 12" shocks. It's actually 3/4" lower with that shock. I will let you guys know the scoop when I get them back on and some riding.

Just installed my lowered shocks from Bitchinbaggers yesterday while it was raining along with the Bagger Brace....WOW....Went riding today to test and very well pleased....By the way, the shocks were lowered ONE & 1/2 inches. The lowered apperance was much better and the ride seemed to be the same as far as riding. Can't say enough about the Bagger Brace. Money well spent in my opinion.

I asked yesterday and he confirmed that he can also shorten the (already 1" short) shocks for the '09 SG. Sending mine in soon..... Any trick to getting them off? Does the bike drop down on the tire?
