Neoprene full face mask and 3/4 helmet with shield.
If you wanna pay the price for the Harley balaclava knock yourself out. Personally I buy Schampa which is over half the price of the Harley one. I work in a cold storage facility (-15°) and have one of for work as well as one for riding. The one for work has been worn 6 days a week for over a year and has not ripped or lost it's shape.

Hi Monster,
This one looks very good.
As far as the pricing for the HD one, it was only $20. Hard to believe at the HD store....
i use a 3/4 helmet, with triangle shaped, leather face mask. It's something like a bandana, with fur on the inside, and it velcros on the back. iI is the warmest thing i've ever used. i believe it is a Hugger Brand, and cost about $20.
Army navy store in my town has some decent winter gear. $8 for a fleece balaclava. $7 for the fleece ear wrap for the wifes 1/2 helmet. Don't get that cold down here and if it does just for a day or 2 so i don't spend much on winter gear.
I have a heat exchanger balaclava and it is great. It warms the air that you breath and if you inhale/exhale through your mouth your face shield or goggles will not fog.
