Now about the insurance, you were not riding but if you claim it won't your rates be affected. Can't you NOT claim it and put the entire thing on the dealer?

The dealer's shop is on the hook first, then the actual driver of the bike, maybe the cage driver. I wouldn't talk to your Insurance Company until you get the police report and work with the other parties. The only thing you are out shoul be a few days of riding time.

Yoou will just pick up your bike next week at the local dealership. Bring your digital and snap a few pics of al your items involved in the wreck.
