I just got my roomie a 2009 Black SG with Security and Cruise for 19.2k OTD. This includes 6% MI sales tax, all fee's including plates and title transfer.
Is it just me or does that seems like a smoking deal?
You might try Seminole Harley? They gave me a good deal I think. 15000 OTD with trading in a 05 C90 Suzuki. They also gave me 15% off accessories + a 500 credit card for anything in the store. I got a Pearl Black Street Glide with ABS, Cruise, Alarm. If you do a deal tell them Gordon sent you, It is worth 50 in store credit to me.
anyone think they'd take $20K OTD incl. 5yr service plan for stock, basic black?
No way. I bought mine last July, and paid just under 24K out the door, but that was with the king tour-pak (and all docking kits and antenna relocating kit), with cruise and a 5 year extended warranty. If I remember correctly, I think I was supposed to be getting 2K under MSRP, and no freight or set-up charges. I know I did the math at the time and all of those numbers came out right.

I guess it depends on his state taxes and how much the 5 year extended costs.
The deal I made was about 18k for the bike. The rest was taxes, plates, and title transfer. Can you get an extended warranty for 800 bucks? If so, then it could be done.
Especially on stripped SG with no added options. [The one I made the deal on has Security and Cruise]
