ditto on the '03. That was my dream bike when I couldn't afford one, and I still want one. But, I couldn't resist the only Marine Corps Edition they put out. . .and the wife probably wouldn't understand me owning 2 RKs!

The bike is the black/silver but arent 03s carbeurated and 05s fuel injected? Would this be a reason to buy the 05?

I like the RK Custom, but then I'm biased.

I have to agree with the Silver/Black 03 Anniversay colors. That was a sweet combo.

I like the 03 color but a model 5 yrs. old compared to 3 yrs. old for the same money, I would go with the later model without a doubt.

..gotta disagree with ya on that...all the great designs came about during, and because of AMF...the Superglide is born...the Wide Glide is born...the Low-Rider is born....get the picture? All those factory customs led to the resurgance of HD and set the stage for the 84 EVO Company comeback. Without AMF there is no Harley today as they were the only bidder when the co. went up for sale in the 60's. They get a worse rap then they deserve....if you knew how to wrench those bikes ran fine, and sure sounded better than todays high-idlers....JMO

If they were the same year, and the same miles, which would you choose? Then buy that one.
