Lower Fairing

Has anyone experienced the wind being re-direct towards your face after installing lower fairings on your Road King or Road King Classice? I recently installed a pair on my 07 RKC went for a ride when it was in the upper 30's. the moment I reach 50-60 mph I started to feel the wind on my face.

Without a windshield or fairing,this will most likely happen.

Do you have a lower air baffle between the forks? HD PN#58520-79tc

hogwash. No I do not have that between my forks and yes I do have the stock winshield installed.

I notice this with my soft lowers on my RK, I have the fork deflector and am using my detachable batwing. This set up is better on my hands and feet, but I have more air hitting my upper legs and chest.

Try it with the air baffle mounted between the fork tubes. If your already there then take if off and try it. I had lowers on my RK, and cant remember a problem with air as you stated. Good luck.
