Verizon has a stock ring tone, sounds pretty good. Tried recording my own with the recorder on the phone but it sounds like water running or something. Used the Verizon tone.
I got it figured out...........the phone didn't like .mp3 file as a ringtone, it likes .wav files. So I got the .wav file from Phonezoo, emailed it to the phone, and it's working great now.
I love it when my phone rings with people who don't know me, the look on their faces are priceless.
How do you like that Dare??? I was going to go with it if we switched to Verizon. But we renewed with AT&T and I ended up going with the Samsung Eternity. Such a cool freakin' phone.
I have a little memory card that fits in my phone. Came with an SD adapter that fits in my computer slot. I just download wav. files to the card and stick in back in the phone. Works great.
