Hey glad to hear you are OK also. FYI, I used to work at HD dealer and yes HD is closing for the holidays but tell your Service Mgr. that you want him to order the parts as a "Downed Vehicle". HD normally ships parts with that designation faster. Also you got that "ol plain black color" LOL so that shouldn't be hard to get. Good luck and hope you get to feeling better soon !! Just to give you a gauge, I was stopped at a red-light and an old guy didn't see me and hit me before he came to a stop. $5,700 damage. Both saddlebags, tour pak, front and rear fenders and right lower fairing This happened on September 11th and the last painted part came back from the HD Factory on December 2nd. Rode her home on the 3rd so it was just a few days shy of 3 months. Obviously each one is different but that's my story ... got her home just in time for a snow storm ... #$%!

 

they are shooting for 2/9/2009 which also happens to be my birthday. got my fingers crossed
