You know, I live in Pipersville, PA it was 25 today, ice all over the roads, and I road for about an hour. (My old Kubota loading about 1/2 a cord of fire wood into my breezeway to get us through the week.) I did manage to stop at a Harley store and smell the bikes. Look for all of you who live in the South you better be careful... if you say too much we'll all move down, which will dramatically increase the humidity... so... don't say much.
Sorry for all ya NORTHERN gentlemem....... and ladies too.

Well, it was a sad, sad day. I put the cover on the Ultra FLHRC and plugged in the trickle charge... but stopped by my Indy yesterday to bring him a Christmas present and he showed me my parts for my winter build... The Darkhorse Crank is almost too beautiful to put in the scoot-- I'm thinking about putting it on my desk in my office-- nah I'll put it in the bike. Saw the Timken conversion and man I'll tell you another work of art, and the new cams with gears-- Wow... now of course because I am part insane we're going to up the compression just a bit so a new high output chrome starter. Sorry, I just could not go with the compression release... messed up the chrome covers. It's too bad I can't have two bikes like some of you folks. If I could I'd do the other one straight black. Well it's Winter here in the Middle Atlantic States and if I can get one more ride in before the second week of January I'll be thrilled. (of course if I did not do the all the upgrades I could have kept the FLHRC standard and bought a Cross Bones, but would that have been as much fun?) Ride safe Southern Gents and Ladies and all of us in the North enjoy the down time and the thoughts of an early, relatively dry Spring...
im thinking of riding my scoot doing figure 8 in the garage waiting till spring.... maybe gonna put my HD in the family room and use it as a chair to watch Tv and read HDF.... gotta be something i can do with it during the long winter here...its to new to take apart for now... battery charger been on since end of oct... maybe i will move south !!!
