I have a 2009 non abs street glide and was wondering what year front ends are the same?? I found some already chromed pieces that say 2000 2009 but then i see some that say 2000 2007 ?? I was going to buy already chromed pieces and swap them out. Any input is greatly appreciated in advance!!!!
I just installed the chrome front end on my 09 RK but I used the kit from HD. The HD catalog shows a different p/n's for 00-07 and for 08 and later. There are several parts to this kit and it MAY be something other than the slider.
If you're just changing sliders and top cans and using your insides, they are the same. Below is what is included in kit #46335-08 (notice the pn# of 00 for the fork sliders insinuating year 2000)
