Default What Model and Year?

I am looking for a used E.G or S.G, I would like to black it out and keep my 09 Heritage nice and shinny. What I am thinking is I would black it out and I would be able to ride later in the year. Here in MI we get snow early and the salt goes down. So I would like to be able to ride on those warm days and during inclement weather.

So my question is what year and what model listed would you recommend and why?

Thanks in advance.

either one would be great... If solo SG... with passenger EG...
2008 or 09 so you can get the six gallon tank - with ABS and cruise... Shop around for the bike you want... Good luck!

I'm thinking buy a ten year old Honda. Why treat a perfectly good SG or EG that way? They are both better bikes than the Heritage. I'd black they Heritage before I would harm my SG.

I don't think that is what he has in mind. At least his post does not read that way.

I would think one would get the newest they can afford. At least an 07 with the 96 " motor and 6 speed, but for not much, more why not an 09?
