if there is only a grand difference, and you finance it (not all of us can pay cash outright) for 5 years, then your looking at 200 bucks per year. with interest, call it 20 bucks a month. hell, thats lunch once or twice. i'd go with the 09.

Well it has been unanimous and I go along with the rest. Even without the improvements to the 09, $1000 difference in year models is not enough. Like posted earlier, get the 09 and don't look back.

I have rented a 09 and 08 Road King, several differences I noticed were (one) the mirrors do not vibrate as much on the 09 and (two) the rpms were a little different through the gears (sales associate said two extra teeth on 09) - liked the way the 09 ran (08 was good two). For the price my .02 c would be to go with the 09. That said I bought an 08 Ultra and wouldn't trade it for anything! Good Luck!
