Help Changing RG Bulbs

Help Changing RG Bulbs
What's the best way to remove the lens covers from the RG break/turning lamps? Also, what bulbs would you recommend for brighter light?

they snap out -- there is little break between the out cover and bulb housing a little screw driver with a little outward pressure will get them off
