You have to resize the photo to the forum standards for sig pics first. That photo is wayyyyyyyyy too big. read where you insert the sig pic, it tells you max size. Then you must "upload" it to the HD Forum website. It's not just a link. If the pic is too big, it will not allow uploading it.

be sure is within size requirements > click "upload" >
scroll up to "edit signiture" > add the proper tag [sigpic][/sigpic] (not "img")
