Keep the HD emblem or not??

I took mine off right away when I had my YAMMY roadstar.....that way people who didnt know anything about bikes would at least think I had a harley....when I got my harley...left it on...part of it right?

I'd loose it. If your going radical the tank has to be a focal point. You don't need an emblem to know its a Harley. I have seen some really nice paint jobs that have the emblem painted into the scheme if you are looking for options. That can look really nice. Just don't stick a tank emblem back on a custom paint job.

i took mine off the day i got it home( 07 SG) but i like the simple clean look and whatever the paint job you go with all will know its a harley.

like seeing the logo myself. going with new paint lot of guys have custom hd log painted on to be one off good look.

As some others have said, I would lose the emblems but it should be what you like!

i went with ghosted HD Bar and shield on my tank, so its still black, but you can see the LOGO if you look. Best of both worlds for me.

its all in what your vision is of your bike...i took mine off my
black streetglide, makes it look clean to me, but i put a roadking
emblem on my fatboy, so go figure.....
