In thinking about what seat to upgrade to, it has occurred to me that you never see any c&c seats for sale used. You do on the other hand see lot's of Corbins used. Maybe they(corbin) sell more so there is more out there or maybe the C&C seat is so good that nobody wants to part with it. Any thoughts or input?
I've had several seats over time and the most important thing to consider is what are your driving requirements...
If you drive 2 up mostly with solo occasionally the Mustang sport touring (76230 FOR THE '09) is hard to beat in comfort and styling. It dosen't sit up on the dash and provides decent lower back support. It'll sit you a little lower too, cause the nose is much narrower than the stock seat. Plus, Mustang's customer service is legendary. They are incredible to work with.
The Corbins I've had are very nice too, but for me don't equal the Mustang in comfort. But again...they are great seats, but Corbin's customer service is not quite up to Mustangs.
The C&C seats look incredible and I understand their customer focus is fantastic. As a matter of fact I plan to order the Fastback for when it's just me and then throw on the Mustang when Wendy wants to ride.
I'm 5'10", weigh 175 and have a 32 inch inseam..the Mustang is perfect for me and I can't wait to get my Fastback from C&C.
I've had Corbins, Mustangs, Danny Grays and Drag Speciality's in house, and the C&C is the BEST motorcycle seat I've ever owned from a fit and finish, and comfort standpoint.

What seat is on your signature picture? It looks real good.

That is a Danny Gray Short Hop. I like it a lot too. Low slung and all that but the nose of the seat to the tank doesn't come close to the custom fit of of the C&C.
I love my C&C, even though it's about an 1 1/2 inches lower and about 4 inches narrower than my stock seat its , by far, more comfortable. And also a bit cheaper.
