I hope everyone is okay with another cleaning post... I was wondering if anyone had any fading issues or problems with either Pledge or using hydrogen peroxide on the painted surfaces of the bike. I have a friend who uses Hydrogen Peroxide (has a white bike). Said the peroxide stuff works well and hopes it wount affect paint... Thanks for any input...
it's purpose:
to remove paint...
please tell me you're using this on your windshield only... and then you shouldn't be using it very often on plastic... Novus or S100 is the way to go. I personally prefer the S100 because it leaves an awesome finish on your painted and chrome surfaces as well.
I've tried the pledge and didn't like it. and the harley cleaner's and wern't very impressed there
either. I had a buddy recommend to me this past summer Honda cleaner. It's a spray can
cleaner polisher. and use it for quick clean ups, bug removal, windshield's, etc.
safe to use on any surface no build up
It's the only cleaner I've used that I like to date and totally sold on. I highly
recommend this stuff to anyone you won't regret it.
also has a uv protectant too

In addition to HDForums, I often refer to webBikeWorld for their reviews/opinons when I am looking for motorcycle gear, clothing, helmets, cleaning stuff, etc. FWIW, here is a link to their section on Motorcyle Cleaners and Polishes http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcycle-cleaning-polish/
I also am a fan of Griots Garage products. He has a whole website dedicated to automotive detailing/cleaning supplies. His stuff isn't cheap, but I am extremely happy with it...use several of his products on my bike and cars. http://www.griotsgarage.com/
