Default Bags vibrating??

Is this normal on the SG to have the vibration. I can hear them while I am driving.

No, it's not. Either something is loose or the mounting hardware needs to be adjusted.

Mu Ultra will do it if I don't have the lid tang inserted into the slot (sitting on top instead). Drove me crazy hearing the squeak at stoplights until I found out what it was. Looking at the lid, it isn't obvious, and the latch closed just like it was supposed to.

Make sure the bags are supported correctly on the underneath support mounts.

God I love this forum...you guys are great. It was the mounting hardware. The bag needed to be adjusted down on the back end hardware to sit more snug and flush against the rails on the bottom.

I think this was the answer. I will find out tomorrow. I could hear the bags clacking when I was at cruising speed. I would reach back there to make sure the lids were secure and they were snug.

I am going to love riding this bike and ALSO the support from all you guys on here.
Thanks again for the fast responses!

Default bags

make sure you have them adjusted correctly as mine weren't from the stealer. The bag was rubbing on the side cover and it rubbed a groove in it.

Do you by any chance have your tool bag in one of the bags??

I had a banging noise and found out it was the tool bag bouncing around........
