Ahhh, so it's been run by a bean counter since 1990. That explains those cam bearings and a lot of other stuff.

I asked a Vietnamese classmate of mine (cadaver-mate, actually) who escaped with the boat people about the term "beau coup." I asked if it was a French term adopted by the Vietnamese. He said that was the joke. It actually meant "give head" in Vietnamese which is "French," and the joke was on the Americans for thinking it meant anything else. Kinda like "ohh, you're lucky, you got the chicken head with your rice...."
