I just installed Firecaps ARC silver package. The install went very snoothly, only ran into a few questions which I placed a quick call to Fircap and he was right there to answer and work out the issues. This sytem is FANTASTIC. If I had to compare it to the stock it would be 200+ times better. I only have my volume on the head unit set to 1/2 and it is not only loud but very clear. If anyone is looking to do a great upgrade to their system I would 100% recommend ARC's system through Firecap. Everything you read on here about him is true great guy, great product and outstanding customer service.
That's great, I can't wait to get mine installed this coming week. It is good to hear positive reviews of a product you have ordered to install on your own bike. Thanks for posting.
The Silver Package is awesome, I have had mine for about 2 weeks now and I am just as excited. I love being able to hear the clarity of the system even on the freeway.
Just a side note: I stopped at a stereo shop that sell and install to pick up what I thought I needed for the installation which I later found out I did not need so I returned. I shot the idea to the person I was talking with about installing a an amp and speakers on my Hog which they can do, I say to him "that I have everything I need and how much would they charge me if I allow them to do it" he replied, $200.00. Outrageous! So folks, we keep about $200.00 in out pocket when we DIY. I am so glad I did mine plus it gave me invaluable knowledge working on my on Bike.
I just got off the phone with Wayne a few minutes ago...placed an order for the Silver package. I was ready to buy even more stuff, but Firecap talked me out of it because he said I wouldn't need it. That's the best kind of customer service...give up sure money to make sure the customer gets the right setup!
Installed mine yesterday(silver package)along with a Clark windshield.Lo and behold it was 50 deg. here today in Wyo. so got to check the new equipment out. Sounds great!
