Can't hear them without an amp why? My bike is LOUD and I have no problem hearing my stock system, and my ears aren't the best.

Rig up two pouches that match the seat material. Since they'll need to be vertical you'll probably have to be creative, maybe even have them custom made. Or, maybe two smaller vertical pouches per side.

I thought about doing this to fill the TP holes for the passenger backrest, which I'm not using. Unfortunately with the seat backrest I haven't found anything shallow enough to fit in there without interfering with the backrest. In your case you don't seem to have any such restrictions.

What I ended up doing, which might work for you, is use auto trim-panel plugs. I bought some 1" (head), 5/16" shaft plugs, sanded, and painted them using HD touch-up paint. They look acceptable and in my case are mostly hidden by the seat backrest.

The tour pack I bought come ready for speaker pods but it has some black rubber plugs in it to cover the holes.

I couldn't hear my rears speakers either. I removed them rigged a hinge to the speaker grills and made two storage compartments. Lined the inside with speaker carpet so it won't scratch up anything I carry. Was a little sharp in there from the staples and plastic edges.

Mount a couple small leather satchels there. Have a couple conchals, silver or chrome whatever, and it will look good and you'll have some extra storage.
