Default Flashing Lights

I know it is illegal to have flashing lights on your vehicle (unless you fit certain requirements). What are the thoughts of attaching flashing lights to your helmet? Could you put an attention getting flashing lights on your helmet, and beat the system?

Perhaps try putting a propeller like Cecil had if you want attention.

There are bright flashing lights on top of school buses. the flashing lights can be seen for miles. Now imagine if similar lights were put on top of helmets, the rider could be seen for miles. But could we get away that?
