I was riding on a very narrow country lane close to Kileen, Texas. I was going round a corner and there was a 4 foot rattlesnake in the road, right in front of me. Nothing to do but lift my feet and run over it. Really got the ole heart pounding!

Me and the bike were fine, Mr. Snake did not fare so well.

You know the animals are something to think about but, they are not on cell phones texting a friend. That's what you have to deal with in Missouri. Moving payphone booths!

Deer make me NOT ride at night during deer season. There are MORE deer in Ohio than at ANY time in the past. I hit a deer with my old Lightning... I HATE damn deer!!!!!

I was riding through Joshua Tree national park following my friend, he went left I went right then I too saw the rattlesnake... Lifted my feet too.. as high as a 50 year old can...

The night before at dusk, in the Joshua tree, 3 Long horned sheep ran right out in front of me.. Saw the first 3, didn't see the 4th... things worked out.. But those long horned sheep are pretty big....

I've been luck so far but my riding buddy seems to find all the feathered objects. Once he hit a family of partridges and once we found a finch near his brake pedal. I figure they need a closer look at his HD.

We have aligators and turtles. Turtle have curved shells, and do not agree with motorcycle tires. I have never hit an aligator or turtle, but have hit a crow on my Fatboy. It hit me dead in the chest. My fingers went numb, and I felt light headed. I had to pull over, I thought I was having a heart attack. Then, on the interstate, an 18 wheeler dropped a box of shims in front of the car in front of me, and when the car hit the box, shims flew EVERYWHERE. I ducked behind my shield, Ultra Classic this time, and preyed. It was like I was running towards a thousand ninjas throwing ninja stars. Damn ninjas.
