Default tires

I've got a 98 flht, I recently took the old stock dunlops off and went with the contanintal Milestones. Since the switch I've got a wobble in the front at normal highway speeds. It feels like the ft. is just floating. The only thing I can think of is that the old dunlops had enough of a flat spot on them that I couldn't feel this before. I'm aware of the whole rear steer poor design from the factory stuff but this really just feels like the ft. end is loose and I have checked the fall away if anything its a touch tight. I'd love to find a steering dampner for one if their are any out their.

I'd recheck the balance on the new tire first thing.

There have been other threads about this exact problem. Seems to be a combination of the frame and certian tires, Some people got some improvement with air pressure changes. I've never had this problem as I stick with stock dunlops, but the part about the front feeling light is the common complaint.

Interesting... So stick with the stock tires? Or are there better brands without the tire problem?
