Default Stock Sreaming Eagle

I have a 2009 Electra Glide and I put a stage one breather and some Rush Slip-Ons with 2 inch baffles. I experienced a lot of backfire when downshifting and I have not ran a Dyno or put a fuel pack yet because of the cost. So I took the Rush off and put some stock '09 Screaming Eagle Road Glide Mufflers on my FLHT, and when I did I got literal syrup in the intake running down onto the ait filter. I removed the Stage 1 and put the stock air back on. My question is, does anybody know if running stock screaming eagle mufflers with stock air is compatible? I am really pleased that I have no back fire now and am suprised that I enjoy the quiet ride. I just don't want to run the risk of throwing my bike's system into wack again. Thanks for any help!

Power commander will cure that. Or put the stock a/c back on and leave the rush mufflers. no more decel pop.

Thanks for the input. I'll look into the Power Commander!
