Air cleaner insert

Question Air cleaner insert
I'm changing the OEM air cleaner insert to a skull insert. It says to clean residue from OEM with mineral spirits before installation. Do I need to put anything on the new one? How about blue loctite on the five screws holding the new insert in. this is my first mod, and know it's simple, but simple I can make compilcated sometimes. anyone done this?

Personally I put the blue on pretty much every thing if i can. Better safe than sorry!
