I noticed in another post after I put mine in that Dawg mixed his, I think that would be a good comprimise. I also helped a friend install a progressive spring kit last week and the instructions from progressive say to use the factory type E oil, maybe it's different with the better springs. I wasn't afraid of the stock oil because I for one think my bike rides good, I may be missing out.
