Ordered Jackpot Dyno-Tuned mufflers today from Jamie at FuelMoto. Should be receiving them by this weekend for installation. Will be purchasing air & power commander next month when funds are available. I'll let you all know how they sound next week.
Just installed my Jackpot Dyno Tuned Mufflers tonight. Great looking pipes. I got the slash ups so they match the lines of the bags. They look really good on the bike. I'll have to take new pictures this weekend when I get her washed up.
As for the sound...
My first thought when I was pulling out of the neighborhood was that they were very quiet. This was just ideling and light throttle out of the neighborhood as I was also cautiously trying out my new PCV-AT. Didn't want to blow anything up. When I figured all was well and I was out on the main highway I let it loose. They really do bark when on the throttle and then mellow out nicely in cruise range.
Until I heard them bark I have to say I was a bit disappointed in the sound as I was looking for a loud pipe...without loosing power. But, hearing them on the road I think they are the best of both worlds. They are mellow enough to hear the tunes, but have a nice bark when you want them to. I'm happy with the results and they'll be staying right where they are.
+5 on the Jackpot Dyno's. Just installed them last week. I love them. Have not had the chance to get them out on the road. They sound great in the garage!
