My dealer said it would be his first III and doesn't have much first hand knowledge of how people like it. But, I'll clean the heads up too, see what I can get. I've got some stupid goal of getting the front wheel up in the first couple gears... but want to stay at 103" and SE parts...
Thanks
Actually, the last few days it has been SO damn nice that it is killing me. Wishing I had my new scoot, cuz at 63 degrees out, I'd be out riding in about 1 hr 10 min (3pm MT).

Sadly, the mega-cold and snow will be coming soon enough (March is the snowiest month in Colorado).

Is it late March yet?

Yeah, it's 15 here and thats the 2nd warmest day in about the last 60+.....
when I got done with my bar install I took the bike out in 5" of fresh snow to make sure everything worked... almost dumped her.
I wish it were late March, then I would only have 1+ month to go!

I'm up here in Canada and I know what you mean when you talk about cold and when is it Spring. A quick question for you American riders that are on this thread. Can you order a 103" or a 110" motor as a factory option or does your dealer get the new bike with a 96" motor and do the conversion at the shop?
The only bikes that I see here in Canada that come factory direct with an upgrade are the police edition 103" bikes and I am not sure if even they aren't modified as a lot by the dealer before 50 gets them.
I was in my dealers the other day and he had a 103" FLHX and a 110" FLHX both 2009 on the floor and they had done both up at the shop this winter on spec for Spring sales.

As far as I know, the dealers get the bikes with the 96" motor and they put the 103" kits in if they choose to. That's how mine was done.
