As I have mentioned here in the past, I'm relocating to Puerto Rico. I found out the riders there must wear a reflective stripe across the body at all times. I have asked here before for some help form PR riders, but I got no responce. Does anyone know where a person can buy one of those stripes. The ones I saw when I was there last month, reminded me of the ones that the old grade school cross walk guard would wear. Sort of a belt with a stripe angled across the body. I saw a few riders wearing the florecent green highway workers vests. I'm packed to go next week, just want to get the last things setteled.
For a vest I like the Icon Mil-Spec vest. Its quality and functional. If you know anyone in the military ask them to get you a reflective belt, its issue.
Thanks mech8251, I need to run to the dealership today anyhow. At least I'll have something to start with. I started up the bike yesterday and the rear left muffler hanger rubber was squeaking so loud, I could hear it above the V & H Ovals! Never ends. Seriously, what I wanted was just a stripe like belt that I could put over whatever I was wearing. Weather it was rain gear or a T shirt.

+1 on getting one from someone in the military. Or if you are near a mil base there should be a few stores close to post that sell them. About $8. Or you could look in a sporting goods store in the running section. Probrably walmart would have them.

You can also find these at Army Surplus stores pretty cheap as well. The military requires it's personel to wear them on base. If my cousin was still here at Polk I would see about getting you one, but, they sent him to Washington. So, we don't visit as much.
Maybe waiting till you get there would be better. If they are required there then they must be easy to pick up over there. Probably cheaper too I would imagine.
