There was some discussion about it last week. Everyone who uses it has good things to say, especially because of the low price. They also said it slides around in slick concrete, so it does need to be held in place one way or the other.

I have one of the Harbor Freight $29 on sale models. Never used it yet though. It does seem like a quality piece.
