I hit the big six-oh in a month. Started riding when I was 7. I currently ride a '94 FXDS Dyna convertible (for comfort) and an '82 FXE Superglide (for class). Both are dead factory stock and stone reliable. Had a new '03 RK for about 6 months - didn't like it, to me it was too soulless - plus it was a total POS reliability-wise. No more twinkies fer me! If I could find an unmolested, stock, fairly low mileage EVO Ultra, I might take the plunge. Don't see much chance of finding one of those, though.
I'll be 64 in a few weeks. I ride an '04 RK Custom, Dragonfly fairing, Carlini bars, hardbags, V&H duals with Samson silver bullet fishtails, Kuryakyn A/C, and PC111, oh yea, and "heated" Corbin dual touring seat/backrest.
60 and walkin! Last was a Heritage, before that a Dyna, before that a Honda and the list goes on and on back about 46 years or so. Looking for the right deal on a good used Road King.
