One question, though, when you stop for fuel, do you ask others also stopped for fuel if their tanks are low? Or, if you go into a resteraunt and you start conversing with others in that resteraunt, do you ask them if they are hungry?
Motorcyclist = one who rides and owns all kinds of motorcycles (BMW, Yamaha, Honda, Usually not Harleys). Politically Correct minded people who believes in fairness of all kinds of people, sexual lifestyles and religions.
Biker = Someone who believes they are fighting the good fight, against the system when they are told how to think, act or believe. Don't put up with people with their noses in the air. Have no love for fake people or special interest groups. Usually the type that would kick your teeth in if you called them gay.
Ride = someone who doesn't give a crap about all the label crap.

sounds like maybe he's associating the term "biker" with "1%er". Where I grew up, 1%er's are the only one's people refer to as 'bikers', if you like to ride fine, there's no need to label yourself. If someone else calls you a biker, there is no need to correct them, but to call yourself a 'biker' if you're not into that lifestyle (1%), is in my opinion, pretty damn lame. Dude, you don't ask a guy at a Harley Dealership if he's a 'Biker' lol. I honestly don't know what you meant by your question to that guy... you say he was riding, so by asking him if he's a biker you meant does he ride in a club? maybe that would have been a much better way to ask ...Either way, who cares, just ride
