Looks like the business is up for sale if you you happen to have around $12 Million.
Better get your Corbin seat while you still can. I just happen to have one for sale under the classifieds.

Damn, no wonder the place was empty today. I wonder if the working stiffs in there know that their employer is on his way out? I hope they last through Bike Week so I can get my discount.

You oughta give C&C Seats a look first. Call Chuck, tell him your a forum member and get a 10% discount. A better seat at a better price w/ awesome customer service - no brainer for me...

Thanks for the suggestion. I checked the web site, but they don't seem to have saddles for the Fat Bob or '09 bikes yet.

I had a Corbin for my Fat Boy. I would never buy another one, so it doesn't bother me (other than innocent people will be out of work).

Doesn't mean they're going out of business or even struggling - could well mean the owner has been at it long enough and wants to retire. $11.5M doesn't sound like a fire sale.....

Their customer support down right sucks. That is probably why they are selling.
I have purchased 2 seats and several other components.

In this time it is sad to see if anyone may loose their job.
I really hope not.
