Default Fender emblems/nameplates.Anybody put these on their front Fender?

Wanna put the old style Electra Glide emblems/nameplates on the front fender of my 05 FLHT standard. Fits my whole black and chrome nostalgia look I'm going for. My question is, do I have to use those speed nuts, or culd I just remove the tabs and use an adhesive. Seems like it would be easier, but don't know. Thanx

If use an Adhesive it better be good, lots of power and vibration transmitted through that area of the Bike...

That 3M brand double-sided foam tape might work really well. It's pretty tough stuff. I think there might be an even better product similar to that that's used to attach trim to cars. You might check with a body shop.

Good luck,

John
